We went to Chapo’s last weekend and had a fantastic time. The mood is very upbeat and fun. The server, Adriana was great! She got our drinks out to us quickly and checked back with us frequently to make sure our drinks were never empty . I will definitely go again.

Crazy good food service was impeccable I couldn’t believe this place exists because it’s like a slice of heaven. I so recommend this place to everyone who enjoys authentic Mexican cuisine with a good time!!

I love Chapo! Me and my boyfriend frequent this bar most weekends. The staff is super friendly, they remember us too. The vibes are great with an aesthetic feel and great drinks. Haven’t been late at night, it’s usually a starting point but we love it

Chapos is one of the most exciting, good looking sports bars in Reno. Located in a perfect location and with the most awesome staff. Very friendly, and attentive to our needs. Definitely recommend them to everyone in town or coming to town. Coolest bar I’ve been to in a while for sure. Go check them out!

This place implements an 18% gratuity on EVERY single check, regardless of party size. No signs are posted on this gratuity. When I saw my check the waitress said “The tip is already included, so no need to worry”. What if people don’t want to tip, want to tip more. they can’t! Their service could have been better, with more attentiveness from our waiter. The reasoning when speaking to the manager about the added tip was “Many people come here and don’t tip”, as if it were MY problem people aren’t tipping! You only get the customer copy and not merchant copy of the receipt tolook at. I ordered their nachos, the chips were sunken in cheese, to where the chips were soggy before I even got them. Nachos lack beans and pico (typical for nachos).
